I am so pleased with One Call. Our air conditioner went out completely last night, so my husband and I had to sleep on the couch downstairs. Because he started a new job today, I felt really bad for him. I began calling HVAC companies first thing this morning (beginning with those with the best reviews), and because you happened to have a cancellation, Jason was scheduled for 11 am. I was so excited because I had read great reviews about him and was happy to be getting him. He got here promptly (I saw him putting his footies on outside, which was also nice to see because I hate to ask people to take off their shoes as we have white carpet), He was courteous and immediately went to check out the AC equipment in the attic and outside. After diagnosing the problem with our fan motor, he noticed that the wrong size wire had been installed by a previous tech (not One Call), and was able to make the repair in no time. I can’t tell you how pleased I was with Jason’s expertise. A previous company suggested replacing an entire compressor and condenser. We were about to sell our home so you can imagine our dismay. One Call, please keep hiring honest men with integrity like Jason, and you will continue to be blessed — that’s for sure! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
